EU Carrier Claim Procedures
If your order arrives damaged, the steps to report a claim vary depending on which carrier delivered your package. Please follow the guidance below for your carrier.
Please inspect your package for external damage upon receipt.If you notice damage to the outer packaging upon delivery, it is best not to accept the package.
If damage is detected after acceptance (concealed damage), report it as soon as possible, no later than 7 calendar days after delivery at a DHL branch or via the DHL online portal. To process the claim, we will also need photos of the damaged packaging and its contents. Please keep all packaging material until the claim is resolved.
