I Need to Update My Delivery Address
If you just noticed that there is a mistake or typo in your delivery address, here is what you need to know and what you can do next.
Can my address be changed?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may still be able to update the delivery address. Because our warehouse begins processing orders shortly after they are placed, address changes are never guaranteed.
If you need to correct your address, please contact us right away through FixBot. Or if you can still cancel your order, please do so and place a new order. FixBot will collect your details and connect you with our support team if needed. We will check the status of your order and let you know whether an address change is still possible.
If your order has already been processed and an address change is no longer possible, we may still be able to cancel the order before it ships, but this is not guaranteed. If a cancellation is possible, we will refund the order so you can place a new one with the correct address
If you have already received a shipping notification
Once you receive the automatic shipping notification, the parcel has already left our warehouse. At that point, we are no longer able to change or redirect the address.
If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.
We ship orders to the address provided during checkout. If the carrier cannot deliver the parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be returned to us. The return process can take several weeks, depending on the carrier and destination.
When the parcel arrives back at our warehouse and is checked in, we will process the undeliverable parcel as a return for a refund; additional shipping fees may be charged for the return of the parcel and/or customs if accrued.
Returns due to refusal or an incorrect address may be subject to a restocking fee, and any carrier fees or additional shipping charges incurred will be billed back to the customer.
