We want you to be happy with your purchase from iFixit! Your broken parts still have value! We want to make it easier for you to repair your broken hardware. Sometimes we can even help you financially as well! If you order a certain logic board or screen from us, we will give you a discount on your next order if you return the part you replaced to us. After you get your order, all you have to do is send the old part back to us using the prepaid label we provide and make sure to include your original order #. Once we get it back and verify its condition, we will refund you.
Note: Batteries require special shipping handling instructions from iFixit staff, and must not be shipped back to iFixit without prior authorization from iFixit staff. These handling instructions are required in order to meet federal regulations required for the safe shipment of batteries. Once a return is authorized, we will send these handling instructions to you via email, and these instructions must be followed in order to meet the appropriate regulations for the safe shipment of batteries.
