How do I view or print an order invoice?

To view and download your order invoice, go to your order history by clicking on the avatar icon in the top-right corner of any iFixit page. Then, click on the order number for the order you wish to print an invoice for.  Finally, a PDF document will appear and you can download or print it.

Note: If you ordered on our Canada store, click the flag icon next to the search bar and change it to the Canada store, indicated by the Canadian flag and "CAD" as the currency.

You can also access the order status page via your confirmation email:

The email will be sent from casupport@ifixit.com and the subject line will be the same as below [ except with your order number of course ]:

Then, you will be able to see + click "View your order" in a blue box like below:

Once you've clicked that, you should be able to see an option that reads:

It'll open up another tab for the PDF once that it clicked, and this is where you can download the PDF invoice/receipt to either view and/or download at your leisure.
