We want to make it easier for you to repair your broken hardware. Sometimes we can even help you financially as well! If you order a certain Android display from us, we'll give you a coupon for future orders if you return your OEM Part (Original Equipment Manufacturer). After you get your order, all you have to do is return it to us with a prepaid label and include your original order #.

Glass can be shattered but OLED or LCD beneath must be intact
Must be an OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) display

If we receive your display and determine it does not meet our requirements, we will contact you. You can elect to have it sent back to you or we can recycle it for you.

The prepaid shipping labels are only available to customers who have purchased displays from iFixit and are also in the United States. If you are outside of the United States, purchased a display from iFixit, and want to send in your old one for credit, you are responsible for shipping it to us.
