iRobot Roomba S9 Plus Bottom Cover Replacement

Introduction

Use this guide to remove, and optionally replace the bottom cover of your iRobot Roomba S9 Plus, a necessary prerequisite to multiple part replacements.

What you need

  1. iRobot Roomba S9 Plus Bottom Cover Replacement, Bottom Cover: step 1, image 1 of 3 iRobot Roomba S9 Plus Bottom Cover Replacement, Bottom Cover: step 1, image 2 of 3 iRobot Roomba S9 Plus Bottom Cover Replacement, Bottom Cover: step 1, image 3 of 3

    • Press the plastic hook under the lid.

    • Lift the handle and remove the bin.

    • Flip over the Roomba.

    • Loosen, but do not remove, the eight screws on the bottom using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.

    • Lift and remove the brush module.

    • Remove the bottom cover.
