iPhone 4 Verizon 5-Point Pentalobe Screws Replacement

Introduction

Apple has substituted the two bottom Phillips screws near the dock connector with 5-point "Pentalobular" screws.

This guide will illustrate how to replace the Pentalobe screws with good ol' regular Phillips screws.

What you need

  1. iPhone 4 Verizon 5-Point Pentalobe Screws Replacement, Pentalobe Screws: step 1, image 1 of 2 iPhone 4 Verizon 5-Point Pentalobe Screws Replacement, Pentalobe Screws: step 1, image 2 of 2

    • Use the Pentalobe screwdriver to remove the two 3.6 mm Pentalobe screws near the dock connector.
