Steps to add
Step 1 — Power off the iPhone
Turn the iPhone completely off before starting the repair.
Step 2 — Remove the bottom screws
Remove the two screws near the charging port and keep them somewhere safe.
Step 3 — Open the display
Carefully separate the display from the frame using proper phone-repair tools. Don't force it.
Step 4 — Disconnect the battery
Open the internal shield/bracket and disconnect the battery connector.
Step 5 — Remove the old battery
Carefully release the battery adhesive and remove the battery without bending, puncturing, or damaging it.
Step 6 — Install the replacement battery
Place the replacement battery in the same position and secure it properly.
Step 7 — Reconnect everything
Reconnect the battery and display connectors, then reinstall the protective brackets.
Step 8 — Close the iPhone
Carefully place the display back into the frame and reinstall the bottom screws.
Step 9 — Test the phone
Turn the iPhone on and check the display, touch, charging, speakers, cameras, and battery status.
