iMac Intel 27" 2012-2017 Display Hinge Fix

Introduction

Follow the ifixt instructions to tear down the imac. You will have to dismantle the fan, mainboard and power supply to reach the broken hinges.

    • Be creative, keep looking for a metal plate. In my case the holes were in right position. If not you have to drill a hole.
