Prerequisite only guide for removing the hard drive brackets in a 21.5" Retina 4K Late 2015 iMac.

What you need

  1. iMac Intel 21.5" Retina 4K Display Hard Drive Brackets Replacement, Hard Drive Brackets: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Remove the following T10 Torx screws securing the hard drive brackets to the iMac:

    • Two 21 mm screws

    • One 9 mm screw

    • One 27 mm screw

  3. iMac Intel 21.5" Retina 4K Display Hard Drive Brackets Replacement: step 2, image 1 of 2 iMac Intel 21.5" Retina 4K Display Hard Drive Brackets Replacement: step 2, image 2 of 2

    • Remove the left and right hard drive brackets from the iMac.
