Turn the phone off.

Remove the back panel with an opener tool.

Lift out the battery using an opener tool.

Remove the SIM and SD card.

Remove the 10 4 mm Phillips screws on the back of the phone using the #00 Phillips screwdriver.

Starting at the USB jack, slide the opener around the perimeter of the phone between the rear case and the frame. This will loosen the clips.

Carefully remove the back case and middle frame and expose the inside of the phone.

Disconnect the foil cable.

Lift the corner of the board and remove the audio jack.
