Disconnect the oven from the power source.
Not removing the plug from the power could cause injuries or be fatal.

Remove the oven racks for better movement.

Remove the glass bulb covering by rotating it counterclockwise.
The bulb coverings look like little jars. There may be multiple bulbs in the back or side of the oven.
