It’s still not working for me - I’ve cleaned the whole fan, put it back together and changed the fuse. Any tips? Thank you.

Did you ever get an answer? I'm having the same problem

Probably a damaged circuit board capacitor, search out a micro-electronic repair shop. Or, authorized dealer. Often you can find a repair that understands multiple board systems and can easily test and repair your fan. An example, Apple technologies.

Please remember, if you purchase the fan from any source other than an authorized dealership, who has invested money and training, the manufacturer has NO responsibility to that unauthorized purchase.

Is there “a tell” that the problem is the motor or circuit board before searching for fuses? For the 1st micro second it moves an inch like it’s getting power.
