Introduction
The slider is an important aspect for the VTech Write and Learn Creative Center because the slider allows the children to continue to learn by erasing previous work. The following repair guide addresses properly replacing the slider.

Remove all eleven 9mm PH 2 Phillips screws securing the back of the case.

Remove the two 7mm PH 0 Phillips screws holding the slider to the slider handle.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

This helps me alot. I haven't took my son's apart yet but my question is when you turn the slider to erase the board it will not erase.
