VTech Record and Learn KidiStudio Speaker Replacement

Introduction

This guide will show how to replace the speaker for the 2014 VTech Record and Learn KidiStudio if it stops working.

What you need

  1. VTech Record and Learn KidiStudio Speaker Replacement, Speaker: step 1, image 1 of 2 VTech Record and Learn KidiStudio Speaker Replacement, Speaker: step 1, image 2 of 2

    • Unscrew 11 PH2 screws (7 mm).

    • Remove the black plastic backing.

    • Remove the batteries from the toy before beginning replacement of the speaker.

    • In the top right corner inside the device, unscrew the 2 PH2 screws (5 mm) holding the speaker in place.

    • Desolder the electrical connections from the speaker and replace part.
