Trek 820 Light Mount Replacement

Introduction

You may need to replace the light mount on your bicycle because the light has burned out or you require a brighter light. This guide shows the proper steps to install a replacement Light Mount for a Trek 820 (or similar) bicycle. No tools are necessary for this easy repair.

What you need

    • Clean the area where the light mount will be installed with a soft cloth.

    • Placing the light mount close to the center stem.

    • Remove the strap from the light mount fitting.

    • Stretch the strap clockwise around the handlebars.
