heat up on a heat pad. use some 99% IPA around the edge and a small plastic splugger.

remove all the philips screw and sim try.

with the plasic splugger insert by the sim tray cover and pry off the rear frame

-
disconnect the battery cable (Black Connector) and screen cable Bottom Left Cable (Top Board) & Top Right cable ( Bottom Board)

-
heat up the screen and push from battery side

carfuly pry round the screen to lift use 99%IPA if need

-
test fit new screen

you can use B700 to reglue the screen in (BE CARFUL AROUND TOP CAM) or can tape and fit
