What you need

    • Identify the free edge of the ear pad.

    • Gently pull the free edge up.

    • Slight pressure is needed, but there is no glue.

    • Fully remove the ear pad.

    • If yours are more deteriorated, make sure to remove all excess material.

    • Repeat with the other side.

    • Gently wipe the exposed surface with an alcohol swab or microfiber cloth.

    • Do not scrub hard in order to avoid damaging the headphones.

    • Identify the wider part of the headphone pad.

    • Find the lip of the leather replacement pad.

    • Line up the new ear pad with one side of the exposed headphones, wider end towards the top.

    • Gently stretch one end of the ear pad over one end of the headphone.

    • You can anchor on the top of the ear pad by tilting the headphone out at an angle.

    • Work your way around the ear pad, pulling the leather over the lip.

    • Pull from the inside out so that the leather catches on the lip.

    • You can use your whole hand as a grip to make sure that the leather does not slip off.

    • Repeat on the other side of the headphones.
