Introduction

  1. Unscrew two 5 mm Phillips #00 screws using a Phillips #00 screwdriver located on the bottom of the back of the device.

  2. Using a plastic opening tool, loosen the bottom portion of device.

    • Remove two 3 mm Philips #00 screws using a Phillips #00 screwdriver located on the portion under the top panel of the device.

    • Remove back plate from device.

    • Peel back layer of tape.

    • Remove processor located below tape and down from the battery using tweezers and spudger.

    • Using a prying tool, slide tool under the top portion of the battery.

    • Remove sticker from battery connection.

    • Use a soldering iron to remove wires from both red and black terminals.
