Introduction

This guide will walk you through how to replace the LCD screen of your Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P10 camera.

What you need

  1. Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P10 LCD Screen Replacement, LCD Screen: step 1, image 1 of 3 Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P10 LCD Screen Replacement, LCD Screen: step 1, image 2 of 3 Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P10 LCD Screen Replacement, LCD Screen: step 1, image 3 of 3

    • Remove the two screws from the top of the camera.

    • Remove the two screws from the bottom of the camera.

    • Remove the rear cover of the camera.

    • Peel the strip of the black padding off of the screw.

    • Remove the screw.

    • Lift the right side of the screen up, then pull the screen to the right to free the LCD screen.

    • Carefully pull on the ribbon cables to disconnect them.
