Introduction
The dispenser drawer, also called the detergent drawer or dispensing drawer, carries detergent and fabric conditioner into the wash. Over time, washing powder, conditioner residue, and grime can build up in the drawer and drawer cavity, which can wash back onto clothes. Use this guide to remove, clean, and refit the dispenser drawer on a Siemens washing machine, with the Siemens VarioPerfect model used as the reference. Clean the drawer about every six months to keep the machine hygienic and working well.
