Introduction

Replace the battery when the vacuum does not turn on even after charging.

  1. Step 1 Battery Pack

    Turn the device over to reveal the bottom of the motorized brush head.

    Slide the latch next to the panel upwards into the unlocked position.

    • Slide the latch next to the panel upwards into the unlocked position.

    • Slide the panel to the right to reveal the battery.

    • Pull the battery from the vacuum.

    • Disconnect the battery from the vacuum by pinching the white latch and pulling the two pieces apart.
