I have removed/lost my screw that went inside the side brush. Do you have screw size recommendation to replace it? Shark doesn't sell them and says the brush may fall off if I don't have my screw. Is it guaranteed that Phillips #1 Screwdriver would be able to remove screws? I have tried all types of screwdrivers and haven't found one to remove the other screw to take it to the store to find the right size to replace what I am missing.

Our Shark AV1002AE needs a Torx T-9 to remove the screw. However we have not found a replacement screw or insert
