Sansa e250 Screen Replacement

Introduction

This guide needs additional information to complete the procedure. The LCD screen is attached to the motherboard and cannot be replaced without specialized tools.

What you need

    • Release the small plastic clips that hold the screen to the motherboard. These are the clips that snap in and out to keep the screen in place.

    • This is as far as you can go without specialized board rework equipment. Trying to forcibly remove the screen will destroy it, but you can gently move it aside for cleaning or access to other board components.
