Introduction
If your Samsung Powerbot R9250 is struggling to move, dragging on one side, or making unusual noises, a worn or damaged wheel may be the cause. This guide will walk you through the steps to safely remove and replace a wheel on your Powerbot R9250, restoring smooth movement and proper performance.
Before beginning, power off the vacuum and disconnect it from its charging base. Work on a clean, flat surface to prevent small parts from rolling away. With the right tools and careful handling, you can replace the wheel and get your robot vacuum running like new.

Hi Ethen. I've recently replaced both wheel kits on the same model powerbot you are working on in this guide. When I turn it on now it becomes absolutely possessed. Goes much faster than normal and moved erratically. I am wondering if you have ever experienced this or have heard of this.
