Before beginning, power off the vacuum and disconnect it from its charging base. Work on a clean, flat surface to prevent small parts from rolling away. With the right tools and careful handling, you can replace the wheel and get your robot vacuum running like new.

Flip the Powerbot onto its side so that the wheel you plan to remove is facing upward. This will give you clear access to the wheel assembly and the surrounding plastic housing.

Hi Ethen. I've recently replaced both wheel kits on the same model powerbot you are working on in this guide. When I turn it on now it becomes absolutely possessed. Goes much faster than normal and moved erratically. I am wondering if you have ever experienced this or have heard of this.
