A LCD connector is located underneath the motherboard. Lift the far edge of the motherboard gently upwards toward the center. Using a plastic opening tool, disconnect the LCD connector.

The antenna is the last part that needs to be removed. It is located at the bottom end of the device. Prop the antenna out with the plastic opening tool. Slip the tip of the tool in the edges of the antenna. Pry the antenna out with moderate pressure. Using a plastic opening tool, disconnect the connector leading from the phone to the antenna.
