Place the phone face down on the table. Locate a Phillips head screwdriver. Begin by first removing the four screws that surround the upper area of the Samsung phone.

Next, remove the side button by prying open the the side of the phone with a prying tool. Insert the prying tool between the back cover and the remainder of the phone. Slide the prying tool to the left, creating a division between the cover and the phone.

Continue using the prying tool to unlock the phone. If you hear a popping sound you know that you are on the right track. Be gentle as to not snap the screw-posts inside the case.

Finally, remove the back cover by gently lifting the case up, ensuring that nothing is still attached to the cover.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
