In this guide we will show how to remove the casing on the Samsung and then take out a damaged power cord.
What you need

There are two of these pieces, as they are the sides of the player. They simply slide off.

There is one screw holding the case on, and it is on the middle of the top of the back of the player. (Right above the outputs) IMPORTANT: When you take the case off, take especial care to not break any connections between the internal circuitry and the inside of the top casing. Fold it over like shown in the image.
