Note: Turn off your SHIFT6mq first and remove the bumper, as well as the back cover.

To remove the back cover, loosen the back cover with your fingernail (or an opening pick) at the gap between the frame and the back cover at the bottom left corner (when looking at the back of the phone).

Now remove the replacement battery by lifting it out at the gap on the bottom right.

Then place the phone on a soft, dust-free, and lint-free surface (e.g., a microfiber cloth).

Now, remove all identical 14 screws from the frame. (See markings in the image)

CAUTION Do not release the connector from the ribbon cable side or the long side. Doing so can cause damage to the connector.

Before installing the new display, you need to transfer the earpiece speaker from the old display to the new one.
