SEGA Genesis Flashback Controller Back Cover Replacement

Introduction

This guide will help you replace the back cover of you controller. You’ll only need a Phillips #000 screwdriver to complete this guide.

What you need

  1. SEGA Genesis Flashback Controller Back Cover Replacement, Controller Back Cover: step 1, image 1 of 3 SEGA Genesis Flashback Controller Back Cover Replacement, Controller Back Cover: step 1, image 2 of 3 SEGA Genesis Flashback Controller Back Cover Replacement, Controller Back Cover: step 1, image 3 of 3

    • Hold the controller with the bottom plate facing up, and gently remove the top plate that is connected to the motherboard of the controller. Set the top plate aside.

    • Remove the screws on the back of the controller with the Phillips #000 screwdriver.

    • Be sure to separate the two plates with the bottom facing up, to keep the buttons from falling out.
