1. Step 1 Battery Removal
  Slide the battery release latch to the right.
  
  Pull out the battery out towards the front of the device.

  Remove a single phillips head screw.

  Lift the cover to reveal the RAM.

  Use your fingers to push apart the clamps holding the RAM.
