In order to replace the battery you must completely dissemble the ear piece with the mic. First remove the foam cushions from the ear piece. Do this by simply pulling the foam away from the ear piece. This will expose the 4 screws. Next Remove these 4 screws with a small Phillips head screwdriver. Once the black plastic cover is removed, proceed to remove the two marked visible screws. Next peel back the foam in the top left and right corners of the speaker (the foam is glued on so be careful when removing it). During reassembly this will need to be re glued. once the screws are exposed remove them with the same screw driver. Locate the mic port and see if a wire is no longer connected to it. To reconnect the wire you will need to solder the wire back to the mic port. If you need help soldering refer to the soldering guide here. Locate the mic port and see if a wire is no longer connected to it.
