Introduction

Here is the controller to troubleshoot.

The controller is made of 2 large plastic parts. To detach them, press the lever as shown in the photo. A gap should form, allowing you to insert an item (like the iFixit Opening Picks).

Open the controller, taking care not to detach the R2 and L2 triggers. Otherwise, be careful not to lose the springs of these triggers.
