Using something small and thin, poke out the Apple logo from behind.

Place the Apple logo on a painting friendly surface, I suggest newspaper. Painting tape doesn’t work too well with this so you’ll have to free-hand paint.

Let dry for 1 day. Place the Apple logo back in the front panel and place the front panel back on the Lisa.

Conclusion
My Apple logo was chipped during shipping and these paint pens seem to work the best that I could find.
