Lie phone screen down on a flat smooth surface so that the camera, logos, and speaker face up. Using the provided notch on the bottom of the back cover, insert a plastic opening tool and lift upwards to remove the back cover of the phone.

Using a mini phillips head screwdriver, loosen and remove the screw located on the front number pad by turning it counterclockwise. After removing this screw, the speaker will be free to move and the phone will look like this remaining picture.

After removing the speaker, the keypad will be free to move.  If the phone is lying flat on its back, it is connected in the middle right side of the phone.  This connection can be seen in the second picture. To remove the keypad, pull gently at the connection until the keypad "pops" off.
