Introduction
The Refrigerant Recovery process ensures the safe extraction of refrigerants from small appliances while working in the Market Delivery Operations (MDO). Only technicians with proper training, including EPA Section 608 Technician Certification and training as defined by the HDES Training Center of Excellence, should perform refrigerant recovery.
