  • Use plastic opening tools to pry open the rear casing of the your Quantum Axis A23, make sure to slide the tool along the edges .

  • Clamp down using the small needle nose pliers and carefully remove the small yellow ribbon that is attached to the motherboard.

  • Take the tweezers to remove the black tape that is holding the camera down.

  • Then take your new dual camera’s ribbon and slot into the motherboard where the old one was removed.

Image 1/1: The top camera will be the rear camera so make sure to fold over this piece so the camera’s are on top of each other with lenses facing out.
  • Attach dual cameras to the back of the device’s screen with the black tape. Make sure to align cameras with the designated camera hole on the case of the device.

Conclusion

Snap the rear case back on (carefully aligning the back camera with the camera hole on the case) to finish this repair.
