Introduction
Go to step 1 ↓If your headset had been working great but suddenly started producing static or distorted sounds, you may need to reset your headset. Follow these instructions:

Press and hold both the call control button and the listening volume/mute button for five seconds.

When the talk indicator light blinks, release both buttons.

Unplug the base unit's power source for ten seconds.

Plug the power source back in.
