Introduction
Follow these steps to replace a battery.
What you need

Flip the headset face down.

Squeeze both sides of the battery cover.

While squeezing, pull the cover up slowly to remove it.
Ask FixBot

Locate and detatch the white connector that connects the wires of the battery to the wires of the headset.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order

I created the article https://de.ifixit.com/Artikel/Battery_Pl... for a Silvercrest bluetooth transmitter, but I was not able to change the needed parts of this howto to link to that article.
I replaced the battery with a new battery, I cleaned all the connectors and I reset the base and the headset is still not working
