Introduction

We will show how to replace the front and rear housing - prior to the assembly please purchase replacements from the links provided on the troubleshooting page. Follow steps exactly as listed and pay special attention when removing the circuit board.

Remove both T8 2mm phillips screws on the back housing. Remove both T8 2mm phillips screws on the back housing.
  • Remove both T8 2mm phillips screws on the back housing.

Pry the back housing off of the front housing using the plastic opening tool. Pry the back housing off of the front housing using the plastic opening tool.
  • Pry the back housing off of the front housing using the plastic opening tool.

Remove the plastic bracket using the plastic opening  tool. Carefully pry from the inside of the bracket towards the outside of the housing to remove. Carefully pry from the inside of the bracket towards the outside of the housing to remove.
  • Remove the plastic bracket using the plastic opening tool.

  • Carefully pry from the inside of the bracket towards the outside of the housing to remove.

Remove the two T8  2mm phillips screws shown.
  • Remove the two T8 2mm phillips screws shown.

  • Remove the bracket. It will pull straight out.

Push in the charge port using the plastic opening  tool.

Lift the circuit board. Twist the circuit board and begin sliding the motor/razor-head/circuit board assembly forward. After sliding the motor forward, the whole assembly will separate from the rear housing.
  • Lift the circuit board.

  • Twist the circuit board and begin sliding the motor/razor-head/circuit board assembly forward.

  • After sliding the motor forward, the whole assembly will separate from the rear housing.
