Nice to see that, thanx !

But do you know where it's possible to buy a new battery ?

I see "designed by oneplus" on it and I'm not sure it would be easy to find one on internet usual stores.

You can look up a oneplus service center in your country/locality by going to your country's version of the oneplus site. There in the support -->Contact Us, you will find a list of places(service centers) you can go for repairs and a price list of all the parts and the service to replace them. Not sure if this works for every country, worked for me.

Use google.com and search for BLP597 that's the itemnumber of the battery in question. There are plenty of sellers available.
