NuWave Brio 37001 Basket Handle Replacement

This guide demonstrates how to replace the basket handle on a NuWave Brio 37001 air fryer.

The NuWave Brio 37001 comes equipped with a basket used to cook the food. The handle for this basket can become damaged over time and may need replacement. Here's how to do so.

Be sure to leave the device unpowered while following this guide. Following the steps of this guide with a device that has not cooled down may cause injury.

Make sure you visit the troubleshooting page before following this guide. There could be issues other than the basket handle that need fixing.

Step 1 Basket Handle

Unplug your NuWave appliance and ensure it has not been used within the last 20 minutes so that it is properly cooled down. Following this guide with an appliance that is still hot or powered on may result in injury.
Remove the basket from the NuWave's tray.
After removing the basket, push forward on the handle tab and pull upwards to release the basket from its casing.

Step 2

Remove the four 10 mm screws connecting the handle to the basket using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

Remove the four 6 mm screws arranged in a rectangle around the handle using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
Remove two 12 mm screws just below the previous four using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
The two 12 mm Phillips #1 screws are in a tight spot and may be tricky to remove.
