  4. Press each battery toward the spring, then pull toward you to remove the batteries from the Rumble Pak.

    • When inserting the new batteries, make sure the positive (+) end of the battery touches the flat piece, and the negative (-) end touches the spring.

  5. Check for corrosion around the springs and the flat plate where the batteries touch. Do not touch the corrosion. It may be battery acid. Use a flat head screwdriver to chisel away the corrosion, and use a Q-tip to wipe it clean.
