Using a Phillips #000 screwdriver, remove the three bottom screws connected to the back plate on the bottom of the device. Remove the screws under the flaps covering the HDMI and mini USB ports.

Hey, I’m having trouble removing the back plate on step 2. It seems to be stuck on the side opposite the HDMI and USB ports, any tips for removing it? Thanks!
