Step 1 Remove The Housing

Be careful around the middle of the device, you could puncture the battery.
Pry the back cover off with the jimmy, starting from the bottom, ending at the top.

Step 2 Removing Battery

Disconnect the battery.
Undo the LCD cable extender.
Lift up and remove battery.

Step 3 Goodbye Speaker!

Disconnect speaker, be careful to not break off the wires from the connector.
Next, remove the speaker from it's bracket.

Step 4 Disconnect Cables!

Disconnect all the flex cables.

Step 5 Remove Screws

Remove the black screws on the top and bottom of the device.

Step 6 Removing LCD Brackets

Unscrew the circled screws and remove the brackets. The brackets may be located in different places on your tablet.
Lift the LCD panel out of place and put in new one.
