Nest Cam Outdoor S Battery Replacement

What you need

  1. Nest Cam Outdoor S Battery Replacement, Plastic Camera Cover: step 1, image 1 of 2 Nest Cam Outdoor S Battery Replacement, Plastic Camera Cover: step 1, image 2 of 2

    • Wedge a spudger between the black front panel and the white outer shell.

    • Slide the spudger around the edge of the panel to pop it off.

    • Remove the four small screws from the plastic camera cover.

    • Disconnect the microphone cable to separate the motherboard from the main camera unit.

    • Remove the plastic camera cover from the device.

    • Wedge a nylon spudger between the white outer shell and the battery.

    • Slowly pull the battery away from the plastic camera cover.

    • The battery is only held on with glue.
