How can I get my turtle Beach to pair

How do I remove the speaker from the plastic housing? Is it glued in place? I desoldered the speaker unit and now I am trying to take out speaker from its housing.

I would also like to know this! replacing the speaker requires the plastic housing to be opened. I tried heating the housing with a hair dryer but no result....

I cut it in half down the side. Very long a tedious process. also makes it hard to get a tight seal for reassembly but with a little more patience than I had and a clamp to glue the pieces together could probably get a nice finish. I have a gap which causes a little weirdness for the ANC especially with wind.
