  1. Unplug the device from the wall and turn the powerbase upside down.

  3. Once the screws are removed, use slight tension to pull the plastic base up.

    • Make sure the cord does not get caught or frayed by the fan, which is located in the center of the power base.

With a lot of force can’t get bottom of even 4 screws removed Bullet don’t work anymore may be a piece of junk now
