This guide will explain how to safely remove a specific key from the keyboard of your Lenovo Yoga 2 13". It will provide a list of the tools needed as well as the easiest way to remove the key.

  • Using a flat tool, carefully jimmy the selected key until it pops out.

this doesn't fix a non-working electric contact, does it?

I came across this page since my Yoga 2 Pro had 2 keys that didn't press down very well. Instead of fully removing the keys, I used a flat tool to pry up the key a little bit, then used compressed air to clean out under the keys. I had to do this a few times from a few different angels, but it finally worked

and the keys feel like normal again.
