What you need

    • Power off your ThinkCentre M92p, and unplug the power cable from the electrical outlet.

    • Using a Phillips #1 screwdriver, remove the middle black screw located on the back of the ThinkCentre.

    • Use your thumbs and slide the metal housing towards the front, to remove the cover.

    • Unplug the black connector from the damaged hard drive.

    • Use the Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the two black screws holding the hard drive to the chassis.

    • Do not try to remove the hard drive right away .There is a red/black cable connected to the motherboard, right below the hard drive. Gently disconnect it from the *green* motherboard***.

    • Flip over the disconnected caddy/tray and use the Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the four screws from the bottom. Then remove the hard drive.
